Assessment of the municipal energy consumption:
-- Assessments and analysis of the heat energy and electricity consumption by regions;
-- Reccomendation for implementation of energy saving measures;

Development of short-term municipal plan for utilization of local RES potential:
-- Recommendation of energy efficiency measures in 25 social houses on the teritorry of Sofia Municipality;
