The fourth phase of the training course under the project took place он 28 September 2004 in Rakitovo.

Lecturer was Antonia Georgieva Daskalova - Junior Expert in "European Integration" department, Velingrad Municipality.


Twelve representatives of Rakitovo, Kostandovo and Dorkovo Municipalities presented on the training course.

During the trainig secion following main topics were discussed: possibilities for implementation of RE technologies in public sector; Utilization of RES depending of the local RES potential; Energy efficiency measures and etc.
