Local Sustainable Energy Planning (LSEP) is based on the methodology, developed and tested in practice by ESD Ltd. UK and ESD-Bulgaria Ltd. LSEP is successfully applied in some European countries. Since 2001, LSEP is successfully in applied Bulgaria.
LSEP provides opportunities to select and implement RES and EE investment projects.
